  • Galvanized Hexagonal Wire Mesh Heavy Type: Constructed from high-quality low-carbon steel wire with a tensile strength of 38kg/mm². The wire diameter ranges from 2.0mm to 4.0mm. The steel wire is typically galvanized, with the galvanizing layer thickness customizable according to customer specifications. The maximum galvanizing quantity can reach 300g/m².
  • PVC Coated Hexagonal Wire Mesh Heavy Type: Made from PVC-coated wire, which provides a longer service life and better corrosion resistance. This type is ideal for use in harsher environments.

Coating Customization
The finish of hexagonal mesh gabions can be tailored to enhance durability and aesthetic appeal:

  • Hot-Dipped Galvanized: Offers superior protection against rust and corrosion.
  • Galvanized Aluminum Alloy: Combines the benefits of both galvanizing and aluminum for increased durability.
  • PVC Coated: Provides an extra layer of protection and is available in various colors to blend with the environment.

Mesh and Wire Specifications
Hexagonal mesh gabions are defined by their mesh size and wire gauge:

  • Mesh Size: Common mesh sizes include 60x80mm, 80x100mm, and 100x120mm, depending on the application requirements.
