Twist Weaving Process and Features
Reverse twist hexagonal mesh is constructed by a twisting process where pairs of wires are twisted in opposite directions to form a continuous hexagonal mesh. The opposing twists lock the wires securely in place, providing greater resistance to deformation and enhancing durability. Edge Reinforcement
Edges of reverse twisted woven hexgonal mesh are reinforced with selvedge wires. Edge wires have a larger diameter, usually equal to or greater than 3.4 mm, and are twisted along the edges of wire mesh to prevent unraveling and to provide additional strength.
